This week the Year One children have been busy getting to grips with adjectives and conjunctions! They thought about using some lovely describing words for food to put in their lunch basket, just like Mr Grinling from the story ‘The Lighthouse Keeper’s Lunch‘! In Maths we continued our work on o’clock and half past using analogue clocks and in Art we though about symmetry. The children made some beautiful butterflies for our new display as well as spending some time thinking about weather and seasons. It has been a very busy half term and Jackie and I are very proud of all the children. Well done, everybody!
