It has been an emotional final few weeks in Yr 5/6. As we said goodbye to our lovely Huw and Aimonn. They have been excellent role models for the rest of the school and they will be truly missed. We celebrated in our special graduation assembly and we will have our final goodbyes at the picnic.
There was plenty to celebrate at our final kayaking session of the year. It went by in a splash as we played team games and then took to the slide! Brilliant fun!
We also got to show off our artistic skills in the RW Exhibition. It was a pleasure to share our work with parents and visitors. We were really pleased that everyone had a chance to see all of the hard work that goes on throughout the year in our art and music lessons.
We also paid our friends at the Mary Seacole Nursing Home a final visit of the year. They all enjoyed the books the children shared with them and, as before , the children all behaved maturely and respectfully.
It has been an amazing year and now for a well deserved holiday.
