As it’s non-uniform day, our celebration of Pride month and it is exactly 50 years since the Stonewall Riots, we spoke in Celebration Assembly about one of the British Values, ‘tolerance of those with different faiths and beliefs and for those without faith’ and explained to the children how our ‘computer’ – the brain works and that with many people, is wired in a special way.

We talked about, rather than using the word ‘tolerance’ we celebrate and embrace differences between people.

Our children were amazing and it’s heartwarming to see that this generation of children will carry the torch of fairness for all further than it’s ever been!

Anyway, back on track – well done to our Stars this week which included ALL of Nursery and Reception Class and a rollover for Year 3. Great stuff!
