This week Year 3 have been looking at features of Instruction Texts and learning about imperative (bossy) verbs. The children followed instructions to make a pirate hat.
In Maths we have been learning about Fractions. The children have been understanding how to find fractions of an amount to finding equivalent fractions, by using a fraction wall.
In Science we have started our new topic of Light and Dark and from our investigation, discovered that light travels in straight lines.
It has been Anti-Bullying week with the theme of ‘unite against bullying’ and we have chatted about what it is and what we can do about it.
