Today at the chocolate workshop Katy showed us a PowerPoint all about how chocolate is made. Then we got to make chocolate and it was REALLY fun. Before we made chocolate we tasted cocoa powder and it was DISGUSTING. Katy explained it wasn’t chocolate yet and we had to mix it with sugar then heat it and THEN we get chocolate. Luckily we had chocolate gloop so all we had to do was pour the chocolate gloop in moulds. When we did it we had to freeze it and we get chocolate. Written by Tyler.
